VRMX Vacation Rental Manager XChange

VRMX is primarily a service to the short-term rental market, encompassing the terms of "Vacation Rental", "Urban Rental", "Self Catering", "Holiday Home", "Holiday Rental", "Holiday Letting", and Airbnb Co-Host businesses. VRMX is open for anyone to subscribe, both free and paid, according to the following options:

1. COMPANIES OR CONTRACTS FOR SALE:

Fee: £29 PER MONTH

This subscription allows businesses or companies that are looking to sell, find a suitable acquirer. This may be a share sale, asset sale or a pure sale of contracts with accommodation suppliers, e.g. property owners or commercial leases. This subscription provides a platform to semi-anonymously market your business. All definitive company details are not shown and you control access and content plus deal directly with interested parties.

We also provide help documentation on selling a business to subscribers and send regular emails to the acquiring companies who specify their interests. Selling companies are listed and can only be seen by subscribed acquiring and approved companies. This subscription can see the Manager Service listings (3) and Professional Service listings (4). No subscribers can see acquiring company lists.

2. COMPANIES OR INVESTORS SEEKING BUSINESSES OR CONTRACTS FOR SALE:

FEE: £249 PER YEAR.

Growth by acquisition of companies or contracts can be challenging. Businesses seeking an immediate sale or a planned exit over a period will often seek a broker or use a generic marketing platform.

VRMX assists these sellers in finding suitable or matching buyers. Selling a business often involves significant discussion and Due Diligence, and small deals are often unsuitable for brokers to contract with. VRMX can shortcut the hunt for companies interested in selling and can also remove expensive brokerage fees. We also provide help documentation on buying a business. We also email management companies with regular updates on the market to ensure traction as and when a business decides to sell.

The listings provide country, region, various metrics such a number of poperties, growth, year established etc but are semi anonymised. You deal direct with the seller but an in VRMX system initial approach of interest to safeguard sellers

3. MANAGERS SEEKING OWNERS

FEE: £149 PER YEAR.

Owners who DIY, do, on many occasions, seek a professional manager for many reasons. Owners are also known to change managers and seek new services. Commercial landlords, and real estate developers also regularly seek management services. Finding all these in one place is not easy. VRMX has a listing section for managers to promote their services to those seeking new management. We regularly email independent owners and work with Associations to increase manager opportunity via VRMX.

We do not rate or grade these Manager Service listings as we believe each manager can offer their skills, prices and services independently. No one company fits all owners.

Note: Owners can sign up Free of Charge to see the Manager Services and Professional Services. They cannot see companies for sale and no subscriber can see acquiring businesses.

4. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

FEE: £149 PER YEAR

Lawyers, accountants, business brokers, associations, etc., are part of the rental ecosystem. Buying and selling often require specialist services in the short-term rental sector due to its complex nature: two clients, owners and guests, multiple marketing intermediaries, and salaried and contract staff.

Each Professional Service has to offer a VRMX discount or equivalent to warrant listing on VRMX. We have created a listing service for buyers, sellers, and a free subscription for owners and managers too (5) who can see these services.

5. LISTINGS VIEW ONLY

FEE: FREE

It is free to sign up using email and password of login/register with Google. A free subscription does not allow subscribers to see listings of businesses for sale.

This "Listing View Only" option allows subscribers to see listings of Management and Professional Services. Registering is important and we wish to keep the community clean and without interference and provide a service we can build on to the the benfit of the industry.
